Demeaco Jamall Franklin

With profound sadness and loving remembrance, we announce the passing of Demeaco Jamall Franklin, who departed this life on Monday, August 24, 2026, at the age of 51. Demeaco was born on December 4, 1974, to Cynthia McLeod and Eric Franklin. Born and raised in Compton, California, he was a proud graduate of Centennial High School. Demeaco shared nine years of marriage with his loving wife, Adrienne L. Jackson of Chesapeake, Virginia. He was a devoted father to Tyler and Jayden Franklin and Lailah Stallworth. His family included his loving sisters Tiffy Faby Hill, Kiah Franklin White, Erica Fine, Asha Franklin and brother Jeffrey McLeod Faby. Additionally his family also included his brother and sister-in-love, Larry and Angela Bolin, and his beloved niece, Helena Bolin. Demeaco had a genuine appreciation for the things that made life beautiful. He loved art and music, enjoyed cooking, and treasured traveling and creating memories with his family. Some of his happiest moments were simply spent surrounded by the people and pets he loved. Those who knew Demeaco knew the gift he had for telling a story. He could capture your attention, make you laugh, and somehow help you find a little happiness even in situations where happiness seemed difficult . His presence had a way of making moments more memorable. For Demeaco, family was not defined by blood alone. He loved his friends as family and was deeply protective of the people he cared about. When someone became part of his circle, they knew they had someone who cared for them, stood beside them, and wanted the best for them. Demeaco leaves behind more than memories. He leaves behind the laughter from his stories, the meals he prepared, the journeys shared together, the music and art he enjoyed, and countless moments that may have seemed ordinary at the time but now hold extraordinary meaning. Although his time here ended far too soon, the love Demeaco gave during his 51 years will continue through his wife, his children, his family, his friends, and everyone whose life was made a little brighter because he was part of it. Demeaco will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
