Portsmouth-Nancy Vivian Archer, 72, of the 3800 block of George Washington Hwy, was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 13, 2010. Nancy attended I C. Norcom High School and Kees Business College. She was a self employed beautician for many years.
Nancy leaves to cherish her memories a daughter; Sonia K. Williams; two sons, Roosevelt Williams, Jr. (Faye) and Larry D. Williams (Spring). Also left to cherish her memories are seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 4 pm until 7 pm at J. T. Fisher Funeral Services, 1080 N George Washington Hwy., Chesapeake. A life celebration service will be held at 11am on Friday, June 18, 2010 in the funeral home chapel. The family has entrusted J. T. Fisher Funeral Services to handle the final care arrangements.
