Portsmouth-Yvette McNeil, 40, of the 2400 block of Graham Street departed this life on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Maryview Hospital. Yvette is predeceased by her parents Racheal McNeil and Larry Moore. She leaves to cherish her memory to daughters; Kristeyana and Fantasia McNeil; two sons, Joel and Tavon McNeil.; three sisters, Karen McNeil, Leslie McNeil-Glover and Latasha Sherrod; and two brothers Eugene McNeil and Aaron McNeil. Yvette also leaves to cherish her memory her maternal grandmother, Eva McNeil Charlton and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, May 10, 2010 from 4 pm until 7pm at J T Fisher Funeral Services, 1080 N George Washington Hwy., Chesapeake. A life celebration service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at Mt. Sinai Church, 900 Portsmouth Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA with Pastor Richie Sessoms officiating. Interment will be at Carver Memorial Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. The family will assemble at 3541 Bernies Court N, Chesapeake. The family has entrusted J T Fisher Funeral Services to handle the final care arrangements.
